Red Light Conversations: You're Programming More Than Your Phone

We donβt control everything that happens to us, but we can influence what we cultivate within us and around us β in the garden and beyond.
π¦ Red Light Conversation: "You're Programming More Than Your Phone"
Hook: You understand algorithms on social media, right?
You watch cooking videos, and suddenly your entire feed becomes recipes.
You watch drama, and somehow drama finds you all day long.
But here's my question:
If you understand that algorithm... why is it so hard to understand the one you're creating with your own words?

Core Insight: Every day you're feeding your mind data.
"I'll never get ahead." "Nothing ever works for me." "Nobody appreciates me." "I'm always tired."
And then people are surprised when discouragement keeps showing up.
Now, I'm not saying life doesn't get hard. It does.
But your words are instructions.
They're clues about what you're focusing on, expecting, and reinforcing.
If social media algorithms are built on repeated engagement, your personal algorithm is built on repeated agreement.
What are you agreeing with every day?
Because eventually your thoughts start looking for evidence to support whatever you've been rehearsing.
Speak life.
Encourage yourself.
Remind yourself who God says you are.
Not because you're pretending problems don't exist, but because you're choosing which voice gets the microphone.

Witty Undercurrent: Some people rebuke the devil but spend all day forwarding his talking points.
That's a strategy issue.

Scriptural Anchor: "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."- Book of Proverbs
Closing Line: Your feed follows your clicks.
Your life often follows your agreements.
Something to think about.
Anyway... the light's green. π¦
